The fee structure and other expenses incur in PEC is considerable and targeted to have easy access even to economically backward family. The revised cost however does not effect in providing quality education as usual. Fees and expenses are subjects to be changed.
Admission fee: The admission fee is payable only once at the time of admission.
Security Deposit: Students should pay a security deposit at the time of admission. The security deposit is refundable.
Annual Fee: Annual fee includes the expenditure related to internal exams, laboratories etc. and is payable at the beginning of each odd semester except first semester.
Monthly fee: To be remitted monthly on or before 20th of each English month.
The above fee scheme excludes University(Registration/Affiliation/Exam) and other(only for Civil) charges.
1. Paid fee will not be returned in any case, except for the security deposit.
2. The fee structure mentioned above is for the students enrolled during academic year 2010-2011.
3. Monthly fee must be paid within 20th of each English month. Delay in paying fee may be considered under the following conditions:
A written pre information with genuine reason about delay for a time of one semester may be considered, bounded by above conditions.
Hostel accommodation is in the ratio of 1:1 and 1 :2 as per the room capacity. Room charge is Rs. 650 per student (changeable). Except water supply other charges like electricity and fooding shall be born by the occupying student. Electricity sub meter is fixed in each room for actual cost. Two times meal is chargeable Rs 2200-2500/month which shall be paid to mess owner by the students themselves and subject to be changed. Students are required to fill up the forms for hostel accommodation during admission. Students will be provided with a cot, a table and a chair, cub board and book shelve. Other items must be brought by the student. Hostel fees and dues also must be paid as other dues.
